Dream Integration is a Canadian incorporated company based in Thornhill, Ontario and has been operating since 2007. Our staff is fully trained and participate in on-going training provided by vendors and manufacturers.

Our operation process:
- Inquire from customer is received (phone or e-mail)
- Initial info collected over phone or e-mail
- Site survey / Consulting
- Ball park or estimate including product and service information submitted
- 2nd consulting (if applicable)
- Estimate revised (if applicable)
- Customer signs agreement
- Customer pays deposit
- Product order from vendor / manufacturer
- Installation and service scheduled
- Final payment or outstanding balance
- Service agreement signed (if applicable)
- On-going services scheduled (if applicable)
- Follow-up (30 days)
- 2nd follow-up (90 days)
- 3rd follow-up (1 year)
- 4th follow-up (3 years)
